Every year the Pittsburgh North Optimist Club gives away between $10,000 and $20,000 to local youth related organizations in the Pittsburgh Area. In the past we have supported a wide veriety of organizations such as: youth baseball for both boys and girls, Aspinwall Civic Association, Child Watch, Boyd Community Center, Fox Chapel District Association, Pancreatic Cancer Research, Tickets for Kids, Lauri Ann West Library, Sharpsburg V.F.W., Friends of the Riverfront, Girls Hope of Pittsburgh, Christmas Toys for Children, Big Brothers and Sisters and others. Our fund raisers are always fun and well supported by the community.
