2023 Event Summary
Dear Friends,
On behalf of the Pittsburgh North Optimist Foundation and the Carl A. Bongiovanni Scholarship Committee, thank you all for your participation in the 2023 golf outing. Your generosity netted $25,000 to be given to deserving young people choosing a career in the construction trades. We were delighted that one of our scholarship awardees was able to join us for dinner.
Despite a little rain, we had great camaraderie, great food, and some great golf. The winners of the scramble tournament at 20 under par were:
Derek Mousseau, Kyle Balliet, Casey Bartosh, and Kevin O’Brien
We have booked next year’s outing at the same place (Pittsburgh National Golf Club) on Friday, June 14, 2024. Mark your calendars now!
